  We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient! Room was nice and big. I never heard any other guests. Right across the street from John Hancock building. Elegant. I liked how I could close the doors to the bedroom and watch tv in the living area. I had a late plane flight and they let me stay until 3p check out for no charge. Concierge was awesome.
