  We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this.   The staff were extremely helpful. The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave.
