The hotel was spot on for us. It had large rooms with great views plus a
warm swimming pool. It was in a quiet safe location with a 5 min walk to
the shops and places to eat. It was only a 20 min drive to Miami South
Beach with street parking.. Again spot on !

The Manager was fantastic! He was professional, thoughtful and very
helpful. In fact all of the staff we met were equally friendly. The
rooms are a treat with their carefully thought out beds, delightful bath
products and great showers. -

Welcome - we were exhausted after delayed and diverted flights. They
have us an upgrade overlooking lagoon and free wifi. Wifi was essential
to let family and friends know we has arrived safely. The next day we
were a little late in checking out because we had to sort out a hire
car. But this did not cause a problem. We ordered full meals just bef

the 11pm deadline and everything was delivered within time and they took
into accounts daughters need for gluten free. We were absolutely
thrilled -
The proximity to the Miami Airport, the lovely pool area, the excellent
restaurant food and service, the public lounge areas, cocktail lounge,
computer access, and the administrative staff. We were given a breakfast
upgrade and a quieter room after being first given a room next to some
young Ultra Fest "rockers" playing loud music and on day 2 a
$50 dinner voucher when the maid service failed to make up our room
while we were away. Very cordial accommodating and gracious staff.
