  Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! Good kitc... was die leute sagen » hen area. - The Staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. Paul was very nice; but Bernard was outstanding. He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better. Thanks for the Hospitality.

  Location, easy to find by any taxi, light on my bed, free wi-fi, free breakfast, dinning area where I can eat my own food, all in all great value for my money.   Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.
