The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.
