The hotel was beautiful. The staff could not do enough for you. I've stayed in many hundreds of hotels this was a top ten stay. The highlight was the first minutes with a registration clerk who asked questions and listened to our answers giving us information and suggestions that made our trip so enjoyable we will go back there again and again.

stop going out to the balcony just to stare at the view. Quietness.

Swift and early check in with personable staff. This enhanced our enjoyment as did not have to wait until specified check in time. Hotel is on Disney property and is geared towards people who want to experience the Disney parks and not stay in one of their resorts.
It was very family friendly, right combination of restaurants, shops, swimming pool and friendly environment. Location was amazing since it was across the street from Downtown Disney.

Hotel was clean and seems to be rennovated recently, which makes it really to high standard of a 4 stars hotel.
Room size was okay. Location is great for theme parks visitors, as it is very close to main theme parks and to nice restaurants in Lake Buena Vista.
Staff were friendly and helpful in general. Well, to be frank, I was travellilng with my older kid 9 years old, and it was good experience in general. but when we travel full house (5 in total) this might not be the best option, as I mu

The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved
all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They
even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it.

Absolutely loved Bonnet Creek resort. Definitely the best deal you can find around the Disney area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with our 19 month old daughter. It was so nice for her to have her own bedroom so we could have some time to relax and hang out after putting her to bed and not worry about tip toeing around to not wake her. Ultimate luxury and family appealing hotel for less than the price of a budget, lowest price range, bare-bones hotel by Disney. Proximity to main attractions. Excellent modern accommodation. Everything worked and it was so clean. Nice balcony. General cleanliness of resort. after we checked in, the bartender greeted us very warmly (the bar is in

Room was quiet and spacious. They have a small bar/cafe with a
limited menu, a restaurant (we didn't try) and a small snack shop. I
was pleasantly surprised that my coke, ice cream sandwich and chips
amounted to $6. I expected it to cost double that. Staff was friendly
and helpful, with the exception of the safe (see my didn't likes).
Overall a very good hotel.

Location, size of condo plus kitchen appliances etc - I like the cleanliness of the rooms, the jettub (although small), and the continental breakfast (especially that they let people take it to their rooms - that was so convenient for us with small kids.)
