The staff was very friendly and helpful. While the facility was a bit tired, it was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not bad, not fabulous, but certainly adequate and plentiful. Best Hotel for the money I have every stayed in. I stayed one night with
my wife and her return flight was delayed. I stayed a second night! I
was at another hotel by the airport in a not so hot area, and decided
after they would let me see the room, yea that kind of place! Booked a
room again at the Phoenix Place and happy I did! Staff is very nice!

The location is perfect for catching the train to the downtown area. We used it to and from the ball park. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the hotel's decor and its location. I was traveling on business and found the location very accessible to where I needed to go.
