Rooms very clean and night time turn down was exceptional...my little daughter loved the chocolates on her pillow. Concierge provided great restaurant recommendations. I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.

The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
