When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys
and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water
the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as
well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We
enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone
was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson
One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one
breakfast.

Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! It looks exactly like what is in the pictures - and then some! Check-in was smooth and hassle free, and the staff bent over backweards to make sure that everything was perfect. Very kind and careful service people, Wonderful view through the window (even though it was not a direct view to the Strip).
If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.

The Staff was courteous and efficient. Excellent facilities and everything was very clean. I will recommend the M G M to all my friends. i would like to commend the security department. I was away from the hotel and missed my check book. I called security
and they were kind enough to check in my room and found it on
the table. It was quite a relief as I was about to cancel my checking account. These are the things that mean a lot to guests.

Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.
