Being 77 yrs old, and having a few physical difficulties, I appreciated the room very close to entrance, 1st floor, convenient to breakfast area. my 1st stay - not my last. Great price. Friendly staff. -

One night stay coming in on a late night arrival from DFW - easy transit from SFO to hotel via shuttle. Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights. Very noise proof considering it's location to the runway. -

station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.
