  The Grand Guesthouse was an incredibly quiet, relaxing experience. It's away from the party scene in Key West, allowing us to sleep like logs and have a leisurely breakfast on the patio each morning. The beds and pillows were comfortable.   The Avalon is a lovely B&B on the quiet end of Duval, or at least as quiet as it ever gets in Key West. We went for a relaxing long weekend with relatives. There is no bar on the premises, but Pearls B&B is just around the corner with a fairly lively and eclectic clientele. The breakfast, served on the front porch area, was ok - no hot dis... was die leute sagen » hes, but a nice mix of fruit, cereal, yogurt, some sliced meat and cheese, etc. If you've there for a few day and want transportation, there's a bike - Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

  Thank you! We have loved staying at your bed&breakfast! The room was really comfortable and clean, the breakfast was perfect and the location was the best! Next to the Duval Street for shopping, restaurants are near, possibility to walk to the beach(es) and interesting places to visit. This little b&b is so quaint, perfect for the Key West setting. The small patio/pool melded with the poolside rooms so that it was almost an indoor/outdoor feel. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous tourist sites. The roosters and ambiance added a perfect feel to the Key West experience.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist House on Fleming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed the 1st four nights at a beach resort and then switched over to the B&B for our last 3 nights. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners are lovely people who are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The accommodations were lovely and the place was very nicely decor - The staff was wonderful -- very helpful with recommendations and reservations! The house was charming, the location great and the breakfasts very good with lots of healthy choices. The air conditioner in our room worked well and felt wonderful when we returned to the room after a full day of activities. It was very hot and humid when we were there.

Michael and Grace were very helpful. - Short walk to Duval street, and all main attractions in the area are reachable by foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Duval street and many of Key West's main stopping points are also a brief walk away. Highly recommended for any couple vacationing in Key West.

  We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 wk tour of Florida and thoroughly loved it. We would happily have stayed longer. It's a small B&B but we loved everything about it, from the friendly welcoming, helpful staff, to the traditional, quaint rooms which have a real home from home feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was simple ... was die leute sagen » but offered lots of choice and was not rushed. The location is perfect in that it's on the main 'drag' close to all the bars and restaurants, but at - Close location to restaurants and bars along Duval street and to Hemingway house and southernmost point, yet quiet and well appointed. We had a room by the pool that was clean and with a good sized renovated bathroom. Simple but filling breakfast with fresh cut fruit. Reception is closed after 6p, but are available for emergencies after hours. Staff went above and beyond - when our toilet plugged up late one night, one of the staff graciously came by to fix the problem quickly.

  The Knowles house is on Eaton St, just a couple of blocks up from the waterfront and a short walk to Duval St. And Mallory Square. The location was perfect. Of - This place is awesome!! Just a few blocks from where KW Express docks. From the moment we entered we were greated by Christina, who is the bomb! She and Magda took care of EVERYTHING we needed. Had the perfect room right next to the pool and outside shower. Breakfast was great. Magda even went out of her way and made my friend a weaker pot of coffee (with a warning "Very weak coffee")! Will (and already have) recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very close to Duval street, but not so close that you can't get a good night's sleep.
