We enjoyed the staff, decor, breakfast and rooms. The suite was amazingly beautiful and comfortable for all 5 of us. Hot tub was excellent! Staff were very helpful and kind. Especially hotel manager (Ron) and the lady that handled the breakfast. Beds and pillows were very very good! Thank you Springhill Suites!.

Room smelled like smoke. Not sure if the family prior to us were just HEAVY SMOKERS or if they were smoking in the room! The pull out couch was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! None of us could sleep on it!!! It was like sleeping on Wire.

The weather in Grand Forks. I was so hoping to sit and enjoy the patio with the fireplace, but it was really cold and rainy. Hopefully it will be nicer next time.
