  The person at the front desk was friendly and noting we were an elderly couple very kindly worked to make sure we had a ground floor room. - It was very clean. The room smelled nice and clean. The bedding was warm and light weight. Very comfortable.

  Personal, Sauberkeit, service - The staff both day and night were exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Loved easy access to laundry, pool and jacuzzi. Located close to everything one could need. The staff at the Ramada were the best! We also stayed at Best Western in Santa Cruz.
