Location, staff, breakfast, pool.
Staff were very good and helpful.
Front desk was friendly, housekeeping staff was helpful.
Not much.
The beds and how clean the room was and how big the rooms were.
Nothing.
Room was not clean. I had to rub many dirty spots off the walls, clean
the air conditioner vents of dirt, dig gum spots out of the rug, fill in
holes in the walls where screws had been removed (used kleenex), remove
toadstools from under the sink. Once all this was done, the room was
fine to sleep in. I found a 1-inch long bug in the bed the first night

excrise room and spa was not in working condition due to their remodeling, however that is why I was going to stay at Ecoo lodge.
Carpets need cleaning! blanket had HOLES in it, no phone to call front or local calls, no wifi, ancient TV's with no remotes, mildew in the bathroom.
Free wifi didn't reach out room at the end of the property. No phone, alarm clock or clock of any sort, iron, refrigerator, or microwave in room. Sink was backed up. Ice machine was located in another building. Manager claimed he was there only two weeks and didn't know how to use computer system. Check in took almost 20 minutes and I was the only one there. when we called the front desk for anything the manager always said we'd have to wait until maintenance showed up.
no remote for room. Room keys were so worn that they had to be swipped 4-8 times before working. Had to have them rescanned twice during our 3 night stay. Also rooms were not cleaned until 3-4pm. Looked to be understaffed.
room was dirty..used towel on floor.. mess on bathroom mirror, garbage cans half to 3/4 full, bed not fully made had it not been late at nite would have demanded a different room.
That there was no hottub. and there was not place to keep anything cold in your room. and nothing for little kids to do.
Room unready and we fled after waiting for house keeping to make excuses
for delays, dirty room, help incompetent, motel smelled.
