  Shuttle picked us up from LAX well within the time limit stated on the phone. Staff extremely friendly when booking in, happy to answer our many queries and did so even though it was quite busy.   Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Check ou - Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

They gave us a super late check out til 6pm without extra charge. We had a problem with Southwest and didnt help us. Its so stressful especially with 2 kids and 8 big luggages. Frankie made our la quinta experience wonderful. We are definitely staying at la quinta again.

  Excellent customer service - so many smiles! And I loved my room (no. 410). It had a simple but effective layout, and was surprisingly quiet. Since I was stopping over one night after a 15 hour flight from Australia, all I wanted was to sleep, and the heavy blinds on the windows (and the comfy bed - with real sheets and no heavy quilt - it's summe... was die leute sagen » r) made that easy. Breakfast was more than enough with sausage, bacon, eggs, fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea, waffles, toast and cereal, nice good selection, you must be a fool to say it's not enough.
