  Last year, my daughter and I stayed at your facility and got caught in the storm that was so bad it took down the big tree that was in the entrance area. You also lost your sign and all electricity. The staff was there for us, wonderful people who took great care of us and even though it was a scary time...they made us feel safe, we were family. We have stayed with you twice since the storm, and honestly...I Am planning an extended stay for - The room was always really clean by the time we returned. The staff were friendly and gave us entertainment information and always pointed us in the right direction. I also like that the room was much nicer than I had in mind from reading past reviews. Great continental breakfast; they had waffles, muffins/english muffins, bagels, cereal, and more fully stocked every morning.

  Rooms were nice and spacious, bathroom was big and clean, lots of towels and toilet paper. Staff cleaned your room every day and changed bed sheets and towels. You basically had everything you needed in the hotel. Plus they had breakfast from 6-10 and an outdoor pool. They had a game room too. Also breakfast of the hotel met my expectations mostly.

  The room was very spacious everything was neatly and cleaned in the room but most of all that it had a seperate shower not all rooms have it i would go again pricing was very good as well highly satisfied liked how the hot tub was out in the open where the bed was located on the ceiling was a big mirror very nice i would recommend you guys but mos... was die leute sagen » t of all before the end of the year looking forward to staying there again Thank You . - The manager made sure we were taken care of. Volume on TV didn't work, cleaning fluid odor was too strong and could not use fireplace and we thought about cancelling but he gave us a much nicer room with working volume on TV. The manager and co-worker were very nice and helpful going out of their way to make our stay nice. We were celebrating our 34th year of marriage a month earlier and truly enjoyed our stay.
