The building itself is really impressive, the room (as well as the bathroom!) was spacious with pleasant furnishing, the staff was really friendly and helpful.   Friendly staff. They are one of the few hotels that allows guests to book at age 18. As long as you are respectful and mature they will treat you very well. It is a very nice place so they probably wouldn't appreciate teenagers there making all sorts of noise. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff. Wyndham Blake hotel staff and facilities were outstanding for the affordable prices they have. Very helpful concierge and clean rooms with fairly comfortable beds. I will definitely be returning, thank you!

The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one). It takes 40 minutes to get straight from the O'Hara airport to Wash - This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.

  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.
