  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

  Very helpfull and careful staff (Personaly thanks to gay working in reception 1st of June, 2008). - It was in a good area within easy reach of all the things we wanted to do with rapid access to the T.line and cabs.
