The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing.

Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room in terms of furnishings and comfort was impeccable, something I would probably expect from higher end hotels. The room was always clean as well. The location was excellent because it was very close to the downtown area and many other areas of interest. There were restaurants nearby.

The staff, most especially the evening reception, "Anita" and the gentleman who set up breakfast and who drove the shuttle in the morning, "Sly" -both made us feel at home.
