  The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot. Fairly easy to find and the entrance to get back on the highway is really close by. There was no excessive nois - The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

  The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room set-up was good for a big family which is hard to find at a reasonable price in the LA area. The breakfast was fine, the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. We did not happen to be there for Disney on this trip but it seemed like all the other families were. We did not have time ... was die leute sagen » to go in the pool but it was open and some other guests were enjoying it. - I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping department does a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and straightening out our stuff that we just laid around the place. The front desk (Eric & the night time girl with glasses) was very helpful and friendly with questions that we had. They were there to make us feel at home which they did. Love this place. We will definitely be back.

  The Happy Hour and morning buffet were great. the suite rooms are nice and it slept 5. The room wasn't ready at 3pm not tile after 4pm actually, but the gal comped parking than bought us (5) drinks at the resturant.   Right down the street from dl at about half the price...great value for the money. Staff was very helpful...I Only had a reservation for one night and Carlos was great helping me get the 2 extra nights added to my stay. Room was clean plenty of room for our family of 5 with 2 tvs one for adults and one for kids!! Breakfast was donuts..cereal..toas... was die leute sagen » t or waffels so pretty good for a cont. Breakfast. Would definatly stay here again ...as it is totally worth the price and we come down often with our - Was a great room for an amazing price! Had a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, microwave and fridge amd 3 tvs for less than any other room I could find! Saw some reviews and I was a bit worried since I had already booked my room, but I was pleasently surprised! No noise like people complained about, and sure a little furniture chipping, but I'll deal with that for $60!

  I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and be comfortable. I work in a sterile part of a hospital and the smell of the hotel was sooo clean! That's how I judge a hotel's cleanliness. The room was the same, clean. It was a wonderful surprise and an exciting time for our so - Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

My husband wasn't feeling well when we checked in, so they prepared our room quickly so that he could rest, this was our first impression of their great service. The parking is close to the check in area, very convenient. The hotel is extremely clean, the room is spacious, and the staff members are very courteous. We could see fireworks from Disneyland from our room. What else can we ask for! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Anaheim.
