  Brooke at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean. All of the amenities were newer and up to date. We asked to be in a quiet location, it was perfect and we slept so well. I'm veryyyy picky with my hotels. It was the first time we had stayed other than Disneyland Hotel,I was a little nervous.   We had two rooms as we were travelling with family and going to Disneyland. It was walking distance, clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle service available in a nearby street, but even with a 4yo (and stroller) we still walked. - Staff was great

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders, maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

  Right down the street from dl at about half the price...great value for the money. Staff was very helpful...I Only had a reservation for one night and Carlos was great helping me get the 2 extra nights added to my stay. Room was clean plenty of room for our family of 5 with 2 tvs one for adults and one for kids!! Breakfast was donuts..cereal..toas... was die leute sagen » t or waffels so pretty good for a cont. Breakfast. Would definatly stay here again ...as it is totally worth the price and we come down often with our - Was a great room for an amazing price! Had a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa, microwave and fridge amd 3 tvs for less than any other room I could find! Saw some reviews and I was a bit worried since I had already booked my room, but I was pleasently surprised! No noise like people complained about, and sure a little furniture chipping, but I'll deal with that for $60!

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

  This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.

  Good value for money, this motel was a three night base while we explored Disney land so we didn't want to spend a lot of money as we were not going to be there for a lot of the time. As it turned out, the Disney parks were very close so this was in a good location. Also there are lots of facilities nearby like shopping malls, restaurants, pharm... was die leute sagen » acy, etc. Pool and Spa were a bonus and although small, we were the only people in there most of the time. An initial problem with a room was swiftly - The staff. They were friendly and helpful. They gave us a room suitable for us as my husband has mobility disabilities; the bath had handle bars. They were also flexible over a booking error that I had made and helped sort out the mistake swiftly and pleasantly. Room was clean and the promised free wifi worked without problems. Like the location - close but not too close to Disneyland

  We recently stayed at this hotel with our young children. The room was amazing, so spacious, almost like a small apartment. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The maid service come into the room to clean and make beds every single day. The front desk staff was energetic and always willing to help, no matter what the request. And my favorite part, the free br - The hotel had all the ammenities that my family needed. I was able to keep the kids happy and busy the entire vacation. There was something for everyone to do. From the basketball courts, game room, hot tub, pool, and tv's in lobby there was something for everybody to enjoy. The breakfst was awesome they have a huge selection of food and beverages and the free dinner was a bonus I didn't expect which saved me some extra money on my trip.
