The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and accommodating. It was
also a non-smoking hotel. Being a Californian, one of my least favorite
things about Nevada is that there is smoke everywhere, so this was
amazing. I love their motto that you don't tip for service you

The room is actually big even its max to 4 people the room is very clean
and well stock. The wifi is free and the signal is great. The
complementary breakfast is great too its really cheaper and better than
the hotels in downtown Reno

It had a little bit of everything. It was near all the city sights. It is right across the street from the airport. The restaurant was well-priced and had good food on-site. Outdoors felt like a rural setting, although you were in the middle of the city. room was clean. -

Over all the facility and staff were excellent.

Super friendly staff! They hooked me up with a nice room upstairs, as per my request, overlooking the pool. Cozy room, comfy beds, clean sheets. I stayed in room #224, which has two queen beds, a flat screen TV, a small desk with two chairs, great AC. The room smelled fresh and clean, and housekeeping cleaned and restocked my room in my absence.

I loved the entire hotel and stay since I stepped into the hotel. The

Our room on the 14th floor was fabulous: modern kitchenette with Microwave and refrigerator; 2 comfortable Queen beds with plenty of pillows and luxurious bedding; large flat screen TV mounted to wall; huge windows with lovely nighttime view of Reno; luxurious bathroom with floor to ceiling marble, TV screen, large shower stall with spotless glass doors. Plenty of mirrors and electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout the room.

The bedding was fantastic. Loved the plush pillows and a more modern decor. My party and I also loved the little kitchenette in each room as well as the awesome continental breakfast. -
The staff is so nice here and I like the shuttle service too. Also breakfast is good. I am happy that I chose this hotel to stay at.

The hotel and casino were extremely clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful in answering any questions we had. The spa was probably the best we had been to, it was well laid out, clean and modern. We got a couples massage and spent the rest of the day on the co-ed floor by the pool and hot tub. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, we stayed in the Tuscan Tower with a view of the mountains.

I made reservation for Sat-Sun but came to check in early on Friday. The receptionist told me that my room is not available but he gave me a better room for the same price, well, not really better, just a room with 2 beds. But the people were very nice. -
most of the town was booked already. the location was great. price was good.
