My daughter and I were visiting friends in Palm Springs, we stayed two nights. Our room was on the ground level opening up to the garden and the pool area, we could not hear the guests at the pool only when our door was open to the patio. We had breakfast in the room and it was very good. The beds are really nice with soft bedding and many pillows

The Hotel was in a great location. The staff were nice and very helpful! Ordered room service and it came really quick! According to my boyfriend the Spa was very nice, clean and the staff there were great! The price was not bad at all as we booked the room for the same day to spend Father's Day weekend there! We will definitely be going back!!

Loved the decor, the staff, and the general friendly ambience of the
whole place! It was not too far off the beaten path of downtown P.S.,
and if you wanted the shuttle, you could use it. Mostly, I liked the
service. It was always courteous and fun and prompt. I will stay there
again! The pool was great...especially on Friday before the weekend
crowds arrived! -
We used Palm Springs primarily as a base for hiking in the Joshua Tree National Park; in this respect we loved Palm Springs and especially the Saguaro, which exceeded all expectations for a very reasonable price. An excellent resort/hotel suitable for families (better for children older than 10) as well as for a romantic getaway. Excellent in-house restaurant.

Proximity to shops and city center. Many restaurants walking distance. The room was big, beautiful bathroom, and the Andalusian design made you feel relaxed. Comfy bed, great bar area in the room. Great pool.

on the bill when I checked out. I was not notified of these fees when
I booked through letsbookhotel.com. I was very disappointed with these fees
and will not book through letsbookhotel.com in the future. This also
happened to me when booking two rooms on the island of Kona this past
