It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our
two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire
depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the
car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5
or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. Make sure you take your

Convenient to airport with free shuttle, attractive lobby area with
comfortable seating (which was nice since I arrived very early and had
to wait to check in) very friendly and helpful personnel - bell desk,
front desk, room service, information. The room was clean and
comfortable. I would certainly recommend your hotel to others.

The Hotel was a great Inn. The staff (Chris) was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very cozy. Includes a big tv with free video on demand! The bed is super comfy. The breakfast is simple but served in a very cozy room. Don't expect a huge hotel - it's a motel - and a very nice one. Would recommend. -

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower head was up high on the wall (it's a big deal when your 6' 4") and had lots of pressure (love that too) the room was very well insulated, a.k.a. Excellent location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and farmers market at nearby Third Street Promenade, as well as the Santa Monice Pier amusement park and beach boardwalk (with bike rentals nearby). Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staying at shangri la is probably the best so far. The necessities are well handled and customer service is just brilliant. Like any other shangri la around the world, this branch also offers the same quality. Obviously there are many variations on the layout, service and sizes. But that didn't bother us. None to complain so far. -

Also, i used the parking space for shangrila. The service there is brilliant. Althought its a bit expensive than normal parking rates, it keeps your car safe.

Everything! My room, though not large, was beautifully appointed with a deck and a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. I could see past the Ferris Wheel at the Santa Monica Pier!
The room service was outstanding and breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was wonderful. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?

Service was great. Stayed in Century City over the weekend so it was quiet. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street. The Annenberg Space for Photography is across the street.
