  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup...   The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  very fun place, safe, cool people!!! not far from the subway - Pretty place and very sociable. We had free drinks and BBQ on the roof the night I stayed. Nice mix of people, mostly young.

  Ich habe bereits das 3x in diesem Hotel übernachtet und muss sagen, dass es einfach nur toll ist. Die U-Bahn Station ist 200m entfernt (E-Linie), bis nach Downtown Manhattan benötigt man gut 20min. Um das Hotel herum befinden sich Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts, Wendy's sowie ein Mc Donalds. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist einfach (Kaffee, Milch, Doughnuts, B... was die leute sagen » rot, Marmelade, Obst), aber vollkommen okay. - Sehr günstig gelegen und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet; ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
