  We loved the options in the pools. The out door activities, both shuffle board and chess were great options for anyone looking for something to do - Excellent hotel, confortable room, amazing pools. Newport is a lovely town. We had no problem at all, we enjoyed every minute that we spent here.

  The service was superb!! Every employee...the wait staff, the housekeepers, drivers, front desk etc...was gracious, warm, friendly and always helpful, even beyond the usual level. The place is beautiful and we were upgraded to a Villa. Fabulous!   The staff was extremely hospitable, and the accommodations were excellent. Tony and Roy from f&b really change our experience from good to great. Their customer service showed that the restaurant and hotel will continue to do very well. They have gained lifetime customers from my group of friends. Many of who did not even stay at the property ... was die leute sagen » but were locals visiting me. Stephanie was also wonderful in assisting us with our booking. - Awesome amenities. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. Great TV channels. Amazing heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. Great views at night. Good location to walk the pier. Very accommodating and professional staff and room service.
