  This was a first class hotel. From check in to check out everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and central for all the activities I was scheduled to attend. ( a wedding and Reception.)   Everyone from John at the front desk and the bar tenders up on the deck were so nice. So cheerful and helpful. Our little blonde bar tender even offered to take pictures of us and recommended good places to eat downtown while we were there. The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. The pool looked awesome although didn't have time ... was die leute sagen » this trip to swim, but we will be back. :) - Beds were really comfortable, bar staff very friendly and helpful, hotel shuttle very handy and even dropped a package to us at the exhibition site! Didn't use the gym /poolfacilities i'm afraid but they sounded rather impressive with a basketball court and separate male and female pools and gyms!

  Great customer service at the reception area. Extremely nice staff at the front desk. Received vouchers for a free breakfast due to the reservation issue. We were put in the king suite after the first night. - Staff was professional and courteous. Front desk staff helped in arranging transport.
