The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room. Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay .
