you know with all those reviews i have read, i really got scared with their negative feedbackabout the hotel. was thinking if we need to cancel our reservation or not. just the same, we proceeded.i wonder where all those horrible feedback came. it was totally the opposite. Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Shops nearby and restaurants. Private car park. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights.

The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. Staff was quick to respond to some issues.

Great place, friendly staff, good facilities, lovely pool and helpful staff there and at the gym. Apartments great size and all you needed there. Very comfortable stay, will definitely return! :) Taxis always available and reasonable so location not really an issue. Great bakery and supermarkets in the vicinity. Beach and park only 10-15 mins in taxi. Dubai marina about 20 mins away. Can't wait to return to this great, value for money hotel :)
