  From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted us with smiles and called us by name. They are a credit to the hotel. - The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels.
