you know with all those reviews i have read, i really got scared with their negative feedbackabout the hotel. was thinking if we need to cancel our reservation or not. just the same, we proceeded.i wonder where all those horrible feedback came. it was totally the opposite. + Excellent service from the staff, whether it was the front office (with one exception), housekeeping or room service;
+ Very accommodating hotel, warm people, especially the Front Office Manager Mr. Mallik;
+ Guest requests are taken seriously and executed well;
+ Food was good and priced well - a limited room service menu, but good nonetheless. The Goan fish curry with steamed rice is a must try!

Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Shops nearby and restaurants. Private car park. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights.

The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. Staff was quick to respond to some issues.
