internet, food (morning, afternoon, evening) and tea, coffee, juices,
water, but no alcohol, which for us was not a problem And Rachael and
Jennifer are very friendly and helpful It's quiet in the corridors
and during the night Good food Quite close to the Dubai Women's
Higher Colleges of Technology, which is why we booked at Al Bustan

The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. -Freindly Staff.
-We arrived early before several hours of the check-in time, they immediately make the check in process and give the key.
-Kitchen was well equipped, you can prepare your meals very easy.
-Room service is available even after 5:00 pm.
-Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby.
-I do recommed it for families.

das Appartement war wirklich sehr schön die zimmer und der service , allerdings kennen die Taxi noch nicht das Hotel so gut , ansonsten für Familien mit kinder oder buisines sehr gut, es könnte noch angegeben werden das man im Hotel auch für wenig Geld mittags und abends essen kann - Alles bestens. Personal an der Rezeptin etwas überfordert.

The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The room was more of a studio apartment, with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom and room was fairly clean. Staff are nice and helpful. There is a parking garage that can be used by guests. -

Wir hatten nur einen Stopover in Dubai. Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und wir waren in nicht mal 10 Minuten dort. Es ist direkt neben dem Marriot in dem es einige Restaurants gibt.
Viel Platz in der Suite mit Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer.
Für ein paar Stunden als Stopover ist es ok, länger möchte ich dort nicht wohnen.

everything about this hotel was marvelous. Loved the location which was a 5 minutes walk to metro station. The staff was really friendly and helped us in nearly everything.Very decent, new and well-kept hotel. Well, if you are traveling on business. To see the town it is too far out of the way. Very quiet, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. I would recommend travellers to book this the next time they travel. -
Nice hotel for good 3***. If you are not looking for some extra
services, it is for you. It is not expensive comparing to general
prices in Dubai, and the quality is good enough. Our room was well
equipped, had a small kitchen, which allowed to save some money in such
an expensive country. Anyway it was possible to buy a breakfast.
