  Äußerst freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Room Service sehr schnell und sehr gutes Essen. Zimmer im Royal Club absolut zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen natürlich etwas Fluglärm, aber das weiß man ja und wird außerdem durch die angenehme Athmosphäre des Hotels wettgemacht.   A lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good service. The rooms were decently spaced with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equipped with a good 2 hob cooker, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and 2 mugs and spoons for coffee. The bathroom also has a clothes line and the complementary toiletries and towels were very handy (no toothbrush/too - It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check- out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport!
