  Äußerst freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Room Service sehr schnell und sehr gutes Essen. Zimmer im Royal Club absolut zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen natürlich etwas Fluglärm, aber das weiß man ja und wird außerdem durch die angenehme Athmosphäre des Hotels wettgemacht.   The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

  Das Hotel ist super nahe gelegen vom Airport und für Shopping ist ein grosses Einkaufszentrum gleich um die Ecke, welches man zu Fuss in 2 min. erreicht. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auf dem Dach hat es einen Pool, wo man sich wenigstens etwas abkühlen kann bei der Hitze in Dubai. Wir hatten 46 Grad und man konnte draussen ... was die leute sagen » kaum atmen. Preisleitsungsverhältnis stimmt bei diesem Hotel. Taxifahrten sind noch sehr günstig. - Sehr freundlicher Empfang trotzdem wir erst um 01:30Uhr in der Nacht eingetroffen sind. Fünf Minuten nach dem Check-in klopfte ein freundlicher Herr an unserer Zimmertür, fragte ob im Zimmer alles in Ordnung sei und ob er unsere Betten aufdecken soll. Perfekter Service!
