  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. Staff was excellent in all areas and always smiling. Best trained staff we have come across so far in a hotel. Rooms were big and well decorated with very comfortable beds. Wir hatten ein Club Zimmer. Dieses war sehr gross und mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Die Club Lounge war sehr gut geführt. Das Frühstück und das Buffet den ganzen Tag war super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
