  Konnte bereits 6 Stunden vor Check In Zeit in mein Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und komplizierte Buchung. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit meinen Koffer noch bis 22 Uhr am Abreisetag aufzugeben und konnte kostenfrei die Duschen und Umkleiden am Pool nutzen.   Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby.   Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

  My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good.
