This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff
spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was
great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to
track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

This spa resort cannot be missed if you are in the area. It is a real
treasure and truly 5*star hotel. The best it suites for romantic getaway

Конечно, сложно ожидать другого от пятизвездочного отеля, но тем не менее, сравнивая с другими отелями подобного уровня Superior golf and spa resort абсолютно на уровне и высоте. Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean.
