  perfect location, very close to the Naukova metro station (600m) from where you can easily move to everywhere. Mc Donald's, all other shopping facilities, banks, ATMs are all around the building. The place was having stable wi-fi connection, washing machine, fridge and all other things you can need during your stay. During my stay in Ukraine, I have stayed at several places and was appalled to English abilities here, in g - It is not hotel as we know: no reception, no concierge, to get in it is necessary to call for attendant by phone, there is no some sign on the building of hotel presence. However this guest facility has several (like 3-4) rooms and suits in a kind of apartment with common kitchen. Junior suit where I stayed had big bathroom and good, new look. Very convenient location - right in city center close to subway station.
