  An extremely comfortable and stylish apartment, lovely and warm with easily adjusted gas boiler. The layout of the room with the Mezzanine bed space was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful - my lack of Ukranian/Russian was easily overcome even by those who did not speak much English. Highly recommended. - this hotel was great!!!! the room was nice and clean and the facilities were great. Spending the morning in the patio area having breakfast and coffee was great. The staff was tremendous since I am an english speaker and helped me with tips of Odessa. Everything you need is in walking distance and will stay again the next time I visit Odessa.

  I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way.   My stay at this hotel was the most pleasant of surprises in my 40 plus years of traveling. Looking for a hotel in a strange city, I was referred online to several hotels that friends in Odessa warned me away from. I got onto the London and my friends did not know anything negative, so I booked there. From \my arrival, I was very pleased. It is somewhat dark at the front desk, but very elegant with a lot of mahogany and granite; like an old schoo - We stayed in a lovely suite with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel was beautifully decorated throughout and the staff were very friendly, responsive and had good English language skills (always a bonus!) Breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. We also had a small celebration in the restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious, especially the seasonal specialties and the Indian cuisine. We had a fantastic time in Odessa and will be definitely coming back!
