As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good.   This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city.
