The hotel is well situated - about 20 minutes on foot from bas station, about 10 minutes to historic part of the city. The room was clean and nice, with bathroom and big balcony, the breakfast is rather tasty and the restaurant has a beautiful design. Great location with walking distance of the bus station and the old town. Extremely clean, friendly English-speaking staff, gave me room with view of old town as requested. Has pool and spa facilities, excellent restaurant.

The restaurant has a beautiful design and tasty food. Good SPA. This is an excellent, modern, hotel in a very beautiful town. The hotel is in the new town, around 15 minutes walk from the old part. The wifi coverage is excellent and the breakfast is good. The room offered everything we needed, including WiFi and a writing table. There was a little restaurant on the first floor which we liked. Breakfast was excellent. Location and very, very good breakfast. Playground for children with woman who looks after the kids. Secured parking (for additional price). Good breakfast, friendly and supportive staff, location not far from old city and wonderful view from seventh floor. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the heated swimming pool in particular when it was raining and snowing outside. Everything!!! Very good affordable place to stay and very easy to find. It would be nice if there was a dryer in the room, but that can hardly be called an inconvenience. We paid about $40 us to have our laundry done. That seemed outrageous to me. We were told that the price per item had been on the list we signed. Maybe it was!. We were at spa centre 2 hours before closing (2 evenings) - the turkish sauna didn't work properly (no steam). In one of hotels restaurants (Coffee studio) we ordered fresh juice and then we saw how the added the normal juice (from juice box) to our fresh juice. A bit unpleasant feeling. They change towels every three days, but there are not separate towels for visit of spa. I can't think of a thing that I did not like about this hotel. Outside looks of hotel. It would be nice to have an access to wi-fi in the room. They serve breakfast starting from 8am only, which is a bit too late for active travelers. All good. the wifi was very spotty and unreliable. . The staff speaks only limited English; this didn't bother as I can speak Russian. Room was very small Wifi not functioning. Small elevators, not working air conditioning, not fully cooked breakfast, unfriendly staff.
