Very friendly staff and interesting but simple atmosphere.
Friendly staff, modern bedroom, varied menu.
Attentive staff.
Good food.
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
The interior and the room. Breakfast was good but a buffet would be better.
quite pricey.
Lack of storage space in room.
Poor water pressure.
Room (no.7) on top floor/in roof when others available.
Stale croissants.
Provide fresh milk and more teabags/coffee in room.
Rather steep steps to the room. Not for the elderly or unfit.
Might have been a little cheaper.
The room was over the restuarant/bar, so was quite noisy; particularly at 6.30 am when the staff were hoovering.
Although the deluxe room, the room was very bare, wooden floorboards with no rugs, wooden shutters no curtains, an old scruffy lamp shade. A few gentle touches could have really improved it such as a box of tissues or water in the room. Also there was no TV in the room, not a problem for us but unusual in a room in this price range.
Very noisy on the street, noise from the bar of the hotel, poorly insulated windows so room was noisy. Did not sleep well at all.
