  Owner was very friendly and helpful. She kindly recommended the pub down theroad but unfortunately they had staffing issues and we waited two hours to eat! Possibly a one off though. Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted. The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful, without being overpowering. Would recommend this as a good place to stay. - The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.
