Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The floorboards were firm but what you might expect from such an old building. Having a second room with ones own entrance made it much much more than just a b&b, more of a home from home. Having the use of a pool was a bonus. It's a great location for exploring the area. - Everything, the whole quality experience - from the very genuine welcome from Sue with tea and homemade cake served in our own sitting room, to the spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed, to the oh so tasty breakfast, the whole bed and breakfast stay was one of the most pleasant we have ever had.
