  "Pava" is situated on the outskirts of Tintern and has lovely views and easy walks from the doorstep. Tintern Abbey is a great place to visit, is quiet and peaceful. There are excellent walk in the area that cater for every grade of walker. The tree lined road from Ross on Wye to Tintern and beyond, out of season is a wonderful ride and in autumn... was die leute sagen » will look spectacular. Across the road from Parva there is a vineyard. Although a bit pricey the quality is great and a visit is recommended. (Access - Our room (no.2) on the top floor had a lovely river and hillside view. Bed linen, room and en-suite were all spotlessly clean. The room was very well appointed including plenty of wardrobe space. Although we did not use it the honesty bar in the large residents lounge is a nice touch and looked well stocked. A good choice of homemade food for an evening meal was available, but due to a late lunch we did not have the opportunity to indulge. Opposite there is also a nice pub if you fancy a drink

  Everything was so great! We loved Ian and Anika. They did so many special things to make our time in Wales very special. The breakfasts were astonishing, the room totally charming with a lovely comfortable bed and pastoral river view. We were close enough to walk to local pubs, famous walks, Tintern Abbey. And within a short drive to many other si... was die leute sagen » ghts and experiences of Southern Wales. - beautiful position overlooking the river and right next to a great pub. very helpful hosts who gave us great directions for walks and let us borrow their guides + books. breakfast was out of this world. beautiful local produce, very creative with a choice of juices and cooked breakfasts that was beyond anything we've seen. well done and thank you for a fab stay!

  From the moment we contacted the B+B, we knew that we were in good hands. the hosts made themselves available for all questions including dinner reservations. the house is a beautiful old stone property not far from the abbey. the views are as exceptional they claim to be. Rooms are beautifully decorated and calm. breakfast was very well organised... was die leute sagen » and you can pick what you like the night before so it is waiting for you when you wake up. lounge availble to chill out and relax. all we could wish - We had a fantastic Easter weekend in Llandogo and at the Ty Bryn. Our hosts Niki and Phil were kind welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the local area, with brilliant suggestions for walks and places to explore. Our room was immaculately clan and superbly furnished with views looking out over the Wye Valley, and if that wasn't enough we were treated to a breakfast fit for a king each morning. A brilliant get away, we'd go back in a heartbeat.
