  The cleanliness at Stilton Lodge was exceptional. The kitchenette was really useful. The room was very warm and it would have been handy to have a thermostat on the radiator in order to turn the heating down. Being on the road side we were unable to have the window open. Having said all this I will definitely be returning to Stilton Lodge in the... was die leute sagen » future as I have family in the area and it is a fabulous base to reach them all. - Excellent sized room (my single had a double bed), great to have a discrete mini kitchen in the room (as breakfast is not offered). Two local shops for buying provisions. Three of four places to eat evening meals. Very comfortable bed. Room had wifi despite the letsbookhotel.com information saying it didn't.

  I loved the historic atmosphere of the hotel. They have had some very illustrious visitors. The staff were all wonderful and we felt we were valued and well looked after. The facilities were great, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, very high standard of cleanliness.
