  Location perfect. The room and ensuite bathroom was large roomy and very comfortable, there were two lounge chairs in the room which was very welcome while watching the TV, room No 4 twin. The owners went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed and had an enjoyable stay. They were on hand - Me and my 15 yr old son recently stayed here. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and the atmosphere among all the guests mirrored this. We only had the breakfast, but it was lovely and set us up for the day ahead. Our room was clean and spacious, warm and daily attention was given to it by chris and melanie. I couldnt fault any of our stay.

Breakfast nice just enough to put you on until dinner. Location for us was good very quiet street. Parking to the rear of property although having a big car meant we only just fit through. Wifi in rooms good idea if it worked very low signal meant only basic usage. No good with teenager who wanted to play on iPad in evening before bed.

  The location is great right on the sea front in the centre of skegness.Our room was a double sea view with a balcony which was just great.Very clean and comfortable nice and quite to say it was on the sea front.Breakfast was loverly plenty of choice and the english breakfast was one of the best.Overall we cant wait to return and recommend this hot... was die leute sagen » el to anyone young,old and familys it was for everyone. - We had been invited down for a family wedding and were able to change into our attire upon arrival. The room was comfortable a little cramped but more than adequate for the one night stay. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast was very nice and a grand selection of items to choose from. Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

We looked for somewhere that wasn't too far from the sea front and all main attractions and we wasn't dissapointed at all. When we arrived to check in, all staff were lovely, made you feel extremely welcome. The location was perfect - Great Iocation on sea front, right near pier and seal sanctuary. Welcome was very nice, we were offered either the booked room or as we were travelling with baby an annex room at the back of the hotel by the car park for convenience of carrying all our baby stuff in. Both rooms were very clean with similar decor and furnishing themes, very comfortable and good size.   This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and on both occasions it has been fantastic. The suite was immaculately clean and the standard was excellent. This hotel provides such good value for money and upgrading to a suite was well worth it as the extra space and fantastic bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable than the previous visit... was die leute sagen » . - Fantastic hotel with brilliant disabled facilites (excellent designated disabled room). Food was very nice and catered well to everyones tastes. Shame our stay was for just 1 night. The elderly disabled parents we were travelling with are looking to rebook for a longer stay.
