The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room was a bit small but very well decorated and very clean and tidy. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

  What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. The owners could not do enough for us and made our stay very pleasant and little chihuahua was made most welcome too. Also give The Coffee Beans a try just a min or two down the road...excellent food & - We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the hosts John and Gillian, we were shown to room 2 on the 1st floor and we were not disappointed, the room was tastefully decorated,spotless and the bed was lovely and comfy. The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the friendliest host we have ever met. We are already planning to return in a few weeks as it was such a nice place to stay. Thank you mark and sue.

He welcomed us whenever we came into the hotel and checked we had a good day! Jamie is a lovely man and we are honoured to of stayed in this hotel!
