  I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one.   as we didnt arrive till later on on the saturday nite we liked that we didnt have to check out till 12 pm instead of 11 am. We will most definately be visiting again soon. - buffet breakfast was really good and hotel handy for motorway. friendly staff who could speak and understand english unlike a lot of hotels in the UK

So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.
