  We liked everything about Brown's Rooms - Rebekah and Tim are most welcoming hosts and they have a wicked sense of humour. the accommodation itself is fantastic. Our room (the White Room) was huge and was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. Breakfast next morning was a feast. Highly recommend the little fishy on a little dishy special and the fruit - The warm welcome from the hostess, who was very helpful in showing me how everything worked in the bedroom and how to find restaurants, buses and places of interest. My room held 2 single beds and the decor was restful. The pot of tea and cake on arrival was most welcome and I felt confident of being well looked after. The breakfast room was a delightful setting and the food was out of this world, cooked to perfection, the choice was vast and the presentation was excellent. This B & B is

The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a compact but very adequate bathroom. The owners were excellent hosts and made you feel very welcome. It had a very relaxed atmosphere which was great. Should you be looking for a place to stay in Chapel St Leonards I can highly recommend the Olivia. We have already booked a return visit along with friends.

Quiet but not out of the way, ample parking on site which, given the snow and biting east wind, was definitely reassuring. Even though the weather was extreme, we were warm and cosy. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had the pleasure of sleeping in during our travels. Can't recommend Park Lodge highly enough to you!

As a young couple it was also nice to have our own key so we could come and go as we pleased.
